Planning your holiday with us in Store

Many of our stores are now open.

Planning a holiday is a really exciting time and we want our store experience to be just as special as it always has been, whilst keeping you safe at the same time.

Keeping you safe in stylish surroundings

We believe holidays start from the moment you start planning, so we have taken care to make sure you’ll feel safe, relaxed and confident whilst you talk to us about your holiday ideas.

Our friendly, well-travelled Personal Travel Experts will be there to welcome you – they have all been given training on hygiene, cleanliness and distancing so we comply with all the necessary cleanliness and hygiene requirements throughout the store.

Safe distance

We’ve arranged furniture so we’re always two metres apart, avoiding the need for plastic screens, so there is plenty of space to relax and chat about your travel ideas.

There’ll be plenty of hand gel to use and signage throughout the store to limit numbers at any one time and remind everyone to respect social distancing.

Holiday brochures

Holiday brochures will still be on the shelf for you to look at and take away. Our brochures are bursting with ideas, handpicked experiences and hotels. And they don’t like being put back on the shelf, so take a couple home and have them all to yourself.

Brochures can also be posted to you or downloaded from the website View them here

Refreshments

If you’d like tea, coffee and champagne whilst you plan your holiday we’re happy to serve this in accordance with government guidelines from the 17th May and will take all precautions to make sure this is done safely.

Face coverings

Face coverings in shops are now mandatory, so we ask anyone visiting us to wear their own mask or, if you don’t have your own, we can provide one for you. Our staff will be wearing them too, unless they are exempt.

Paying for your holiday

For anyone who already has a booking with us, balance payments can be made online and our travel experts in store will advise you about how to do this.

For deposit payments we have a number of contactless ways to pay including bank transfers and Apple pay. We also accept all major credit cards and the PDQ card machine will be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis.

Booking an appointment with us

To limit numbers in store and to make sure we have plenty of time to listen to your plans we highly recommend that you book an appointment.

We’re still open for drop-ins but, like all retailers, we’re limiting numbers in store at any one time.

If you’re not able to come into store, you can book a video appointment here
