Planning a holiday is an exciting time and we want your in-store experience to feel like a special occasion. Relax with a warming Nespresso or a glass of Champagne as you talk through your travel ideas with one of our friendly Personal Travel Experts. Alongside our luxury beach escapes, from the golden beaches in Europe to tropical island retreats, we've introduced a new collection of rail, sail and adventure holidays with our handpicked partners – so now there's even more to talk about.

Keeping you safe in stylish surroundings

We believe holidays start from the moment you start planning. Although most Covid-19 lockdown restrictions in England have eased, we’re keeping some measures in place to make sure you’ll feel safe, relaxed and confident whilst you talk to us about your holiday ideas.

Our friendly, well-travelled Personal Travel Experts will be there to welcome you – our team will ensure that we adhere to the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store.

Your safety and comfort

There is plenty of space to relax and chat about your travel ideas in each of our beautiful stores, and there is plenty of hand gel to use.

Holiday brochures

Our holiday brochures are bursting with ideas, handpicked experiences and hotels, and will still be on the shelf for you to look at and take away.

Help yourself to brochures in store, or if you prefer, you can browse our brochures online. You can also order a bespoke brochure delivered to your door, packed with inspiration on the destinations that interest you the most.

Refreshments

If you’d like tea, coffee and champagne whilst you plan your holiday, we’re happy to serve this making sure this is done safely.

Face coverings

From January 27th, the legal requirement to wear masks was removed in England. However, we want you to feel safe while planning your adventure with us, so please let our Personal Travel Experts know if you would like them to wear a face covering.

Paying for your holiday

For anyone who already has a booking with us, balance payments can be made online and our travel experts in store will advise you about how to do this.

For deposit payments we have a number of contactless ways to pay including bank transfers and Apple pay. We also accept all major credit cards and the PDQ card machine will be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis.

To make sure we have plenty of time to listen to your plans we highly recommend that you book an appointment although you are always more than welcome to pop by any time.
